Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to Dropverse (the mobile app listed on Google Play and the Apple App Store under the developer name Dropverse) and describe how we prevent, detect, and respond to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is published for users, regulators, and app store compliance. Have your legal team review it before submission.

Our commitment

Dropverse is a social discovery app. We have zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM. We design our product, moderation workflows, and support processes to help keep children safe and to act quickly when abuse is reported or discovered.

These standards are informed by widely recognized child safety practices, including guidance from the Tech Coalition and Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.

Standards against CSAE

CSAE includes grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sexual purposes, and any conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a child. The following is prohibited on Dropverse:

  • Any sexual content involving or depicting minors, or content that sexualizes minors.
  • Grooming, coercion, or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes.
  • Sharing, requesting, or directing others to CSAM.
  • Using Dropverse to arrange in-person sexual contact with a minor.
  • Harassment, threats, or blackmail targeting minors.
  • Accounts operated by adults to contact minors for inappropriate purposes.
  • Attempts to evade age restrictions, moderation, or enforcement actions.

Violations may result in content removal, account suspension or termination, device or IP blocks, and referral to law enforcement or relevant hotlines where required by law.

In-app reporting and feedback

Dropverse provides in-app mechanisms so users can raise safety concerns without leaving the app. Users can:

  • Report a user or content from profiles, messages, and shared content using the in-app Reportflow (Settings → Help & Safety → Report a concern, or the report action on the relevant screen).
  • Block other users to prevent further contact.
  • Contact supportfrom Settings → Help & Safety → Contact support for safety-related feedback; this opens an in-app support channel tied to the signed-in account.

Reports are reviewed by our trust and safety team. We prioritize reports involving minors, threats, or suspected CSAM. Users may also reach our child safety contact (below) directly for urgent matters.

Addressing CSAM

CSAM is illegal. We prohibit storing, sharing, or distributing CSAM on Dropverse. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM in our service, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law, which typically includes:

  • Removing the content and disabling the responsible account(s).
  • Preserving relevant records as required for investigations.
  • Reporting to the appropriate authorities where legally required—for example, reports to the NCMEC CyberTipline in the United States and equivalent bodies elsewhere when applicable.
  • Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement.

We do not use CSAM for training, testing, or any purpose other than detection, removal, and legally mandated reporting.

Compliance with child safety laws

We comply with applicable child safety and online protection laws in the regions where we operate, including requirements related to reporting CSAM, protecting minors, and responding to valid legal process. We update these standards when laws or platform policies change.

Dropverse is intended for users who meet the minimum age required in their jurisdiction and as stated in our store listings. We use age-appropriate design and enforcement measures and do not knowingly permit use by children below the minimum age.
